Privacy policy
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address. That is all we need to get your parcel to you and to keep you updated.
Payment information
We never see, receive or store your card or banking details. Payments are processed entirely by PayFast (Payfast (Pty) Ltd), a registered South African payment provider. We only receive a reference number and confirmation that payment succeeded.
How we use it
Your details are used to process and deliver your order, to email your confirmation and delivery updates, and to answer you if you contact us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than our courier — who receives only what they need to deliver the parcel.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as South African tax and consumer protection law requires, then deleted.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email hello@hairbynay.co.za and we will respond.
Cookies
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember what is in your basket, and a single cookie to keep the shop owner signed in to the admin area. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
